Why do people brag about their gluttony?

blame it on marketing, people invest in the false hopes that more crap will make them happier, when it doesn't they put it on display in hopes of making other pathetic people like themselves show envy, therefore making them feel better about themselves.

From what I gather, I was lucky to miss the Thanksgiving day feast at the inlaws. There was literally no room on the table for all the food, much less to sit and eat.

With luck, I'll miss the crowd next year too 😀
