It's obvious you're a trendsetter. don't mind the hoi poloi my good friend. They will always follow in your footsteps.

It's the price you pay for being much more cool than everyone else.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

anywho, about the flocking of the masses. Yes, it happens. Thing is, what they flock to generally isn't so bad. iPod being a prime example. Good MP3 player, maybe not the best, but none can argue that it isn't good. So what if everyone buys one? Does everyone having one make it a less worthy product? The kind of thinking that says yes can be summed up, in a few words, as trendy b!tch thinking.

And you listen to U2, who are you to whine about people being trendy?(<-- intended as sarcasm).

There are those who'd disagree with you on the ipod, but I'm still recovering from the last few threads so let's not go there :p Look at AOL instead, since we may agree on this one - they're the most popular ISP in the world by a large margin over their nearest competitors. They have millions of users and charge up to 5 times what other dial-up ISPs cost. Their users have a reputation of being dumb as dirt, and they're actually banned from this site, believe it or not. Popularity and quality have virtually no relation to each other. Popularity and quality marketing do.
