Seventeen anti-war activists were arrested Thursday evening after police say they began disrupting traffic and pounding on vehicles during a march through downtown.
Those arrested face a variety of charges including inciting a riot, disrupting the peace and interfering with police.
Protesters said the rally was meant to be peaceful.
