why do mexican adult males have notoriously acne-scarred faces?

this isn't meant to be any form of slander, it's just the way that i see it. Do they inherently have bad skin complexion? Why is it that most adult males have acne scars all over?

I live in Florida and we have a very large Mexican population and I don't notice them like you describe - maybe you live by a toxic waste site? The only thing I notice is they have the nastiest mullets; they are never even at all.

As for hispanic actors with serious pits in their faces, the only ones I can think of are Edward James Olmos and Danny Trejo

I live in Mexico and it seems to me that there is more of what you describe amongst Americans than Mexicans. Most Mexicans have very good complexions or at least the appearance of such. Maybe you've seen too many Edward James Almost movies.

Yeah, I wouldn't say that mexicans have any worse complexions as a whole than any other race. I've seen asians, hispanics, whites, blacks, and every other type of person with bad skin. The proportion seems to be about the same in everyone.
