It seems like it moans! Also, it seems like other Nissans like the Murano also do this. How come Nissan does this and not Acura?
 
it's not really that loud, esp compared to afternarket, but basically it's tuned that way by the engineers

No, because I don't think it has anything to do with increasing the car's performance.

Not to mention, if i had one I'd rather pick my exhaust note via aftermarket. Having them all sound like that is ridiculous, especially since they sound like appliances.
