Why do I sweat when I sleep during the day?

It's not even hot. Got the AC blasting and everything.

Yet I tend to sweat some. Not a lot.

As someone just said there's a chance that you've just eaten which means your body is working on digesting. Also if you drink something cold your body will need to use more energy to heat this to body temp......

Are you sleeping on a couch? I've figured out that anytime I fall asleep on any couch, I sweet like a beast. I dunno why? Maybe it's the leather or material? Maybe I'm used to my supersoft bed sheets?

That's just something I've noticed.

this happens to me too! Whenever i take a nap, I always wake up sweating like an animal, and it's usually not that hot out! It sucks.
