why do i sweat so much?

I am not overweight and i exercise weekly (bodyboarding), but for some reason i just sweat like crazy when i do normal everything tasks. Whenever i walk to class, i sweat. When i sit in a warm room, i sweat. When i stand in the lunch line, i sweat. What is wrong with me?

update: i don't think i have the medical condition, hyperhidrosis. That is when one part of your body just sweat excessively. In my case, I just sweat.... everywhere.
 
Get checked for diabetes...someone at work was displaying similar symptoms and thats what it turned out to be...

UNlikely. You are probably just a grotesque genetic oddity. Thats what I tell myself anyway.
 
When you're on top of the girl, does the sweat drop from your head/face and splatter on hers during sex? That's one of my fears if I ever lose my virginity.
 
It is hyperhidrosis, even though it's your entire body.

(barring any other medical problems that is, best to see a doc to rule out other causes first)

u know what i would do, i would measure you body temp, but measure it three times a day for a week or two. Cuz my avg. body temp is a little below the avg(don't really know y, i assume cuz i run alot and workout alot) but insteasd of 98.6 mine is between 96 and 97, its a degree cooler. I also sweat a decent amount even when not doing anything.

Well something has to splatter on her face...maybe sweat is not the ideal thing though.

I have heard about this. Isn't it caused by anxiety and is psychological. People who suffer from this can be healthy as a horse and sweat profusely from everywhere. They get really sweaty palms instantly.. it's kinda wierd. Their shirts get soaking wet in minutes in extreme conditions. Kwazy !
 
I sweat a lot too. It can be -34 outside and I can only wear a tshirt, and I'll sweat it out.

I just attribute it to my very high metabolism.
 
Try using Certain Dri anti-perspirant. I've been using it lately, and now I only sweat when I exert myself or it's really hot.
 
Taking Caffiene would takes care of that, some people have water metabolism problems and diuretics are really the best way to deal with them.

Insted of sweating all the time you'll be urinating insted if you take a caffiene pill 2 or 3 times a day. You may still sweat a little but not nearly as bad.

nothing you can do man, happens to me at times as well, well constantly, yet strangly when i play sports, i sweat the least out of all of my friends :-\
