Why do I keep getting an "install new hardware" for no reason?

I dont know what part of the X850 this could be. Never had it. How do I install it?

Secondary Device, Vivo Component?
The drivers should already be installed.... might try running the setup again, or running driver cleaner then running setup.... goofy.... Windows thinks my wireless card is a PCI Serial Device and Generic Networking Card... on about 10% of boots.... it drives me nuts...
