Ok i have this error in my event viewer: AMLI: ACPI BIOS is attempting to read from an illegal IO port address (0x71), which lies in the 0x70 - 0x71 protected address range. This could lead to system instability. Please contact your system vendor for technical assistance.

Should i fix this? It happens everytime i boot up. Right now i am on a Abit KT7A raid mobo with the ZT bios.

Any help is greatly appreicated

I have D6VAA and I get the same error on occasion. Just be glad that your machine doesn't just reboot out of the blue and then that error is in the event log when it comes back up.

Anyone else with info on how to fix this?
