Why do I have 2 DMA controllers under my Device Manager in Win98?

One is working fine while the other has an (!) next to it. It says I need to update the driver, which I do, but it's still there with a (!) next to it. What gives?!?!

I've got a Gigabyte mobo with a Celly 2 600mhz. I've also got a Soundblaster 5.1, Geforce 2 GTS, and a Linksys NIC.
