Why do I get grains on my display when connecting it to my motherboard's VGA port?

I have a Jetway 945GCM2S-A2 motherboard. I own a Sansung TFT display, which despite its age has served me well over 8 years.

I've been having this issue for around 3 years I think. I never thought much of it because it didn't really prevent me from working on the computer.

Simply put, I get grains in video on my monitor when plugged into my PC. As if there's an interference in the VGA signal. I thought it was an issue with the monitor, but it doesn't happen when connected to another computer, like my laptop.

What's your audio output, SPDIF or analog? It could be a lose cable causing RF interference.
