Ugh, man lately I'll be minding my business and all the sudden I get light-headed like I'm going to fall to the fricken floor... ugh...

Also, every once in a while I get sharp pains in my heart, but I can't really figure out what that could be, because if I monitor my heart while it's hurting, I don't feel any irregular beats or accelerated beating...

I'm going to get a physical pretty soon anyways, but I just thought I'd let all of you ponder this just as I have been for quite some time...

I tend to agree with Vallhalla, sounds like you're pregnant.

If your wrists go limp, and you feel light on your feet, it could be something else.

Because you're an airhead.... ;)
Is the feeling something like when you sometimes sit on the ground for a while and stand up, you get dizzy/lightheaded?

I sometimes almost black out, as in everything goes dark for a second, but I am still conscious. I'll get it checked out soon, but any idea on what could caused this? Could it also be diabetes? Any cheap way to test first before going to the doctor?

There is no cheap test for something serious like diabetes. If you've got insurance cough up the $15 copay. If not, go see them anyway. Some local health districts will offer free testing on National Diabetic awareness day.

but, speaking more seriously, sharp pains in the heart with accompanying lightheadedness is a sign that
one of your heart valves, or the nerves that feed them electrical signals are defective, causing a starvation
of blood supply to the brain. This is possibly from a handed down genetic abnormality (like Arnold Swarzenegger)
or some medicines after effect. I would not worry about it, since you will probably croak in the near future.

That could be a seizure. Not all seizures involve flopping around on the floor like a fish out of water. The type my friend gets is actually quite mild, but she blacks out and falls to the floor, sometimes she's concious but feels like she has no control over her body, but usually she doesn't remember any of it.

Don't think it is a seizure. It is very short, I don't think I have ever fallen to the ground. It only happens when I stand up or after some running. Maybe I have low blood pressure or hardening of the arteries from diabetes. Yes, I'll have it checked out as soon as I have money.
