correction.. how bout a 18+ club with NO alcohol served.
>>

they dont exist here.
everything is 19+
and i refuse to go to all ages clubs wehre little 15year old hootchie girls get picked up by sick sick 20 year old guys where there is crappy music.

quite frankly i love going dancing to music that i love and my going to clubs believe it or not about picking up guys its about going out dancing with my friends and seeing certain djs. yeah, it comes from my little raver days... the whole idea of going to a club to dance. boggles the mind of many.

Yeah, that infuriates me as well: clubs should play good music! ;)

That would certainly take care of things, though I cringe just thinking about it. *owie*

ive been to all ages events only to see certain djs ((most have a licensed area though)) but it was more of a "rave" thing then a club night.

i like it when boys make eye contact and then talk to me or dance with me but not grabbing at me and touching me.
yeah but dont take that as a rule cuz i see the grinding up behind random girl work as well... just not on me or my friends or most sober people :p

I don't see why you guys are blaming Eakers for putting herself in a bad place

and how does this work exactly? I did something and I'm responsible for it so don't blame me, it's not my fault? That's coo... I guess. Maybe?

ITS NOT A BAD PLACE.

Then you claim that bad things happen at good places? If it's a good place, then why did this bad thing specifically happen to you?

With your judging of the computer-glued "some" who you claim need to get out in something you seem to think is the "real world", I don't think I agree with your righteous indignation. Now let's see if we can figure out why you felt this way. There's something there, I think. Something Moonbeam tried to show you awhile back but you still don't see.

What, girls DON'T go to clubs wanting to be felt up by guys they haven't said two words to yet?!

Music is infinitely better to listen to when you're dancing to it. That alone is an awesome reason for going to clubs.

Um, some of you need to stop blaming the victim here. This is starting to sound like "You dressed that way, maybe you were ASKING for it."

most guys like to fight if they are not passive. Some guys feel sick at the thought of fighting. I in fact love to fight. I fight in a ring though and avoid fighting in real life as best as I can. I will defend myself though if he decides to beat on me.

Eakers that guys a jerk.

If I was a girl and my bf couldn't or wouldn't defend me in a fight situation I would have serious doubts about dating a guy that couldn't fight........

This gives me an idea. They should put webcams in clubs. I bet they would get lots of hits. I stopped going to clubs when I was about 22 but I wouldn't mind spying on some drunk bozo trying to pick up on a hot girl. That could be funny.

BTW, I agree wiith Eakers 100%. I never once met or seen a halfway decent girl get turned on when a guy gets violent. Especially for no reason.

i find that statement interesting and i want to get more girls opinon on this. maybe its just my bleeding heart liberalness that doesnt want to see anyone hurt.

i am not complaining about this guy being a jackass to me but rather the way that people think violence and threatening it is cool and the way to impress people.

Most of you in here definitely have the notion that clubs = evil sex cauldrons. Although the stories are getting worse and worse as clubs, I suppose, go "mainstream", there's nothing inherently evil about going to a place where you can dance to music you like for a couple of hours...is there?

The other option is to what, sit home and play Yahtzee instead? Sounds pretty defeatist to me (you p*ssies).

Edit: Replaced an f with a k.
