Why do crazy people do bad things?

As in, why do crazy people have voices that tell them to do awful things like murder, rape, etc, and not ones that tell them to do really kind and selfless things? Is it just some weird primal instinct we're holding back or something?

Crazy people do crazy things. They can be good or bad. Good crazies get called "eccentric". Bad crazies get called "politician" or "lawyer" :^P

I bet there are "crazy" people who do good things, it just doesn't hurt people.

I call people who go into developing countries to help the poor on their own dime with no protection "crazy"...
