Why didn't the mail come yesterday (Tuesday)?

Nobody on my street had it delivered. I wonder if USPS just couldn't find somebody to do it. Is this something that has happened to anybody else?

This is true....

I was thinking it was because I didn't shovel the 1/8" of snow of the steps.

I went back and checked it at 9pm, still no netflix or bills
