BF1942 is good, but HalfLife and all it's mods are the "best game ever."

At any rate, can someone answer my question as to whether the CD/Online Key is unique to a single user? I've seen BF 1942 used for ~$25 and I don't want to shell out the money if I can't play it online.
Try the FS/T forum or a reputable used game place like EBGames. I bought it used from FS/T, $25 shipped. The CD Key is tied to one copy, but it's like half life and not tribes 2 (ie: you can only play with one key online at a time, theres no account creation)Originally posted by: Wag
So is the cd-key linked to one account? I see it 2nd-hand a few places, and I don't want to waste my time if I can't play online.

Be sure to check out BF1942's mods. DesertCombat and Eve of Destruction kick ass, and the upcoming Forgotten Hope promisses to kick greater asses.
BF42.com is a great site for more info.
