Why did my system crash...

i've ran every program i could think of after setting my fsb plus to 4 and my fsb/pci to 101/33
seti, quak3arena, rc5, sisoft sandra, 3dmark2000, prime95
everything worked fine except...

cpustability test 6.0
i got a blue screen after 10-12 hours(it varies)

VWIN 32 (05)
error oe XXXXXXXXXXXXX

what is vwin 32 error on a blue screeN?
anyone know what related hardware/software there are to this?
 
but....it's not even high!...hehe..okaie...i'm running the program wihtout the extra fsb to see if it's the program...
anyone got more than 12 hours with this program?
