R, or R always means Repost, for future reference. The comment "old" also means that it was probably a repost. Just so you know, unless it's current news (published within ~24 hours), it's probably been posted already.

But yeah, a lock isn't really a big deal. If you get a Mod edit, then you've got something to think about. =)
