why connect 2 HDMI connections from an HDR video card is not possible ?

I have an NVIDIA 2070 video card
which connects HDMI to the screen + HDMI to the receiver
HDR in Windows software is gone! that means HDR cannot be seen through a connection
2 HDMI 2.0 ports

the receiver + TV supports HDR + HDMI 2.0b

connecting one device from a video card is no problem to get HDR
