So I get a phone call from one of the users.
her: when i'm typing in email, sometimes it types the wrong letter.
me: Is it only email or other programs also?
her: just email
me: well I can try to either repair or uninstall/reinstall Outlook.
her: will i lose my email?
me: no, i can back that up and restore it.
her: well i have this and that and can't lose it.
me: you won't. i can back it up.
her: but i have this and that and can't lose it. *she does have her outlook settings set a little different than default, like the sorting and stuff like that.
me: it might change your settings to default but you won't lose any saved emails.
her: well, i'm not sure i want to do that right. i can't afford to lose anything.
me: well it's up to you.
her: no, i don't want you to do anything.
*hangs up*
me: WTF? why do you people always do this crap???
