Why cant you take more than the recommended dose of Tums

Excess calcium is bad for your muscles. Because your heart is a muscle, the results of calcium overdose are potentially dangerous.

* Gastrointestinal
o Abdominal pain
o Nausea and/or vomiting
o Constipation
o Diarrhea
* Heart and blood vessels
o Irregular heartbeat

o Coma

 
I guess I better find something more effective and stop eating these things like they are candy🙁

PRILOSEC FTW.
Last time I had pneumonia my family doctor suggested it to keep the tylenol, motrin and antibiotics from killing me (I already had a bad stomach).
It's awesome stuff.
Cutting down on the coffee was also a HUGE help.

nexium or aciphex for the win personally - work way better than prilosec for me and i still have breakthroughs of reflux
