This drives me crazy. I see this even on music downloading services like Google Play.
Here is 'Appetite for Destruction"

I always have to fix this crap and another thing that grinds my gears is how most music players still alphabetize songs that begin with the word "The" under the letter T when they should go by the next word in the title. So this means I have to either title the track as "Evil That Men Do, The" Which looks retarded, or I can deal with scrolling through the Ts for 5 minutes every time I look for a song.
I had a pretty firm grasp on this stuff in Middle School and it amazes me how so many people don't get this....
I'm not a grammar nazi or anything, but I fully advocate implementing grammar concentration caps.
