Why Cant movies understand the consept of slowed down time?

Its horible, They make it look as if everything that they did would instantly happen to those in a normal time line and at a understandable speed, but instead it is totally unrealistic because they would be moving too fast to change the persons posistion without been seen themselves. I know its just a movie, but come on at least have some scientific background if you are going to portray scifi things.

i just saw that movie recently, too

ya.... LOTS of inconsistencies

but the girl IS good looking, so I give it some lee-way

There was some movie I saw back in the 80's that introduced me to that concept (I was young). I think it was Two of a Kind but I'm not sure...

Anyway, the concept seems pretty far fetched, but, so does a holodeck or teleportation or the force or etc etc... suspension of belief is fine if they are consistent in the application of it.

yeah yeah yeah, the typical anandtech spelling Nazis "OMG Joo Spelled a word wrong that makes you the st00p". you could understand what I was saying and you know that my spelling is not the worst you have ever seen. If you are not going to contribute to the thread in anyway (even if it is to say "that girl is hot") then don't bother responding to the thread.

Yes the movie was dumb and No I have not watched it all the way through. I just don't like movies that try and have a base in science and then crap all over that base.

If you resent the abuse and want to be taken seriously, learn how to spell. It's a lot easier than whining...

My issue is my atrocious typing skills, but I don't complain when I get razzed for it...
