Why can't kids talk normally to each other?

While snooping here at Anandtech, some kids are playing outside, I think they're about 5-10. Why do they always scream when they talk to each other? They are just like next to each other, yet they can't talk normal. And yeah, they're playing "school" right now.

Kid Teacher: OK, we have a test now, you have 5 minutes. GO!
Kids after 10 seconds: Aaaaaaaaa, we're already done, can we go home now?


They're golden sometimes but sometimes just stupid.

neither do I. I think they're not attending school yet 😉 that's why I guess they're 5-6 😉

Well I'm just laughing when they're playing games like "School" and stuff but that non-stop screaming... oh well, think I was about the same 😉

Yeah, kids are dumb. One time this 9 year old kid was telling me about how he was a super hero and had once competed in the Olympics for arm wrestling. I'm like, dude, you are a stupid kid and pointed out the fact that arm wrestling isn't even an Olympic sport. That shut the little focker up real quick. I then proceeded to give him a super wedgie for telling me such a blatant lie. BTW, I was 10 years old when this happened.
