Why can't I use the forums?

My user name is Stallion and when I go to post it says "you are forbiden to post/reply or edit a message". I have tried to use the mail to contact a mod or admin but can't get it to work.

Try emailing the moderator at this email address. They should fix you right up.

Alternativly, they'll probably see your post here and fix it too.
