why can't i update my profile?

i know for a fact i'm logged in. hell, how else would i be able to post this? but everytime i hit "profile" is says "Sorry, profile is only accessible to users that are logged in" or something very similar. i've tried tons. it's not lettin me

i just updated it a minute ago, i changed my email address. it gave me a new password and i'm using that no problem. but i wanna update my profile again to change my password to somethin i can remember, but now i can't get in.

Thats a cookie issue on your end, you are not logged in if that message is displayed.

I can't update my profile either. It lets me access it but when i make the changes none of them take effect. What's the deal? could it be that I'm not entering in my correct first and last names? i might have entered jibberish when i created the account but i don't know.

It doesn't care what you enter on those lines.

People, it's a simple cookie issue. Logout, close the browser, delete your cookies, open the browser, login.

didnt think about it. i waited a day or so and tried it and it worked, lol. so, problem solved
