Why can't I save pictures in IE as .JPG!

Often on the internet when I see a cool picture I like to save it to my HDD cause I'm like that.

but the past month or so I can't save a gif or jpg as that.

Windows always wants to save it as "Untitled.BMP" no matter what - and i don't even have an option to save it as the original gif/jpg

anyone know how to fix it?

I think you may have acdsee installed. you better check out C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Installations
I deleted everything in Downloaded Installations and Downloaded Program Files, then it works
