Why can't I play this specific DVD on my PC? "Dr. Strangelove"

I am playing around with ripping dvd's and tried ripping dr. strangelove. I can rip it but not play it. It plays fine in my dvd player connected to my TV but not with winDVD or powerDVD.


any ideas?
