Why can't I logon?

On this computer. I had it remember my login and I can post. I tried logging into another computer and it says "Login Denied, you are not authorized to login to the forums. Error Code: 189"

Did I get banned? I was looking through old posts and dont see anything indicating I was.

I dotn think it's error code 189 for banning casue I was locked out and I think it siad 190 or something - Dont remember completely
