why can't I find an oldschool football helmet

I want an old-school style leather football helmet to wear when my friends and I play football. Why in the hell can't I find anything on the internet except "collectors" helmets for like $200?? Doesn't anyone make cheap ones that you can actually use? No one is selling old ones sitting in their basement?

Does anyone have any idea where I could get an old style helmet to actually play with? It'd be hella-sweet! Thanks!

I'll write "phillip" on a piece of tape and slap it on the front, too! I actually was looking at those rugby ones....but its just not the same as the worn leather look. Ah well.....
