Why can't I access my computer?

I have a wireless setup with 4 computers. I noticed that I can access three of the computers which are connected via wireless. The only one I cannot access is the wired one (connected to DLink AP). Why is this?
 
What OSs are you running? Can you ping the computer you are trying to access? I presume you are talking about accessing windows file shares as well, but it is different for each OS.
