Why can't Amazon bring Amazon Now to all Major Cities ?

I know selection is limited but still it would be nice to have!

a) Because it's still experimental, like the first year or two of Fresh, and
b) Because not all cities have the right density and number of potential users.

It has to do with warehouse and distribution centers. Could they, sure? Is it actually viable to have smaller warehouses in every major hub? Well, ask Walmart.
