Not only does he lock the thread, he tosses out a two-week ban, which, of course, he doesn't mention in his closing post. Why would he, after all, he has a facade of institutional academic detachment to maintain.

All because he can't handle a civil discussion. It's sad, that the only way he can express his viewpoint is to silence any opposition. That-- and namecalling.

riiight. The references made, were not acknowledged. Even starting from square one, the definition of Shabbat, which was quoted from a rabbi, was rejected as "completely wrong".

I should have expected the ban, really-- someone who devotes their entire adult life to dogmatic bullshit obviously can't handle disagreement.
