Why arnt there any GB CF MP3 Players?

there are 2,4,6 GB CF cards out there

why dont we see any large solid state mp3 players, they could be tiny yet have large amounts of storage

Cost per gig is too high compared to spinning magnetic drives. Look at the price differential between the 4GB iPod mini vs. the 20GB iPod. Its like $50, but 16GB more.

IRiver has some 1gb flash based mp3 players out but its way too expensive for my taste.

i know people that have put 10,000+ on their 512 and 1GB cards and they are fine
