Why arent the fvckers that throw giant rocks over overpasses not hunted down like the DC sniper?

Those fvckers need to be brought to justice.

They do the same thing the DC sniper did and thats kill and maim unsuspecting motorists.

They should be rounded up and fed to a school of hungry piranha, one piece at a time. Starting with the naughty bits.

I didnt' even know this was a problem.

But yes, anything like this, we shoud kil them, and put a watchful eye over all the people they've had a hand in raising.

over 20 incidents during the last week. Amazingly, nobody was killed but in the past there have been many motorists that have been killed and permanently maimed.

This is what gets me,

Troopers say when someone is caught, they could face charges of assault and reckless endangerment.

Uh, why not charge them with attempted murder?

we had a problem like this in nebraska awhile back. some kids were throwing large stones to brick sized blocks off of overpasses. actually killed someone one night, some lady. didn't hear if they ever caught those idiots.

It's called put up a camera, tape everything 24/7, then when it happens you have video proof of who it was. Not a difficult thing to do, not that expensive either. The kids doing this need to spend some time in juvey, absolutely no reason for something like this.

My wife had a similar incident happen to her. She and her mom where driving on I-90 across mercer island and some kid threw a water balloon off the overpass and hit there windshield directly. It spiderwebed the entire windshield but thankfully none of the glass actually shattered into the car (thank goodness for shatter-proof glass). I am not sure if they caught the kid but that scared the crap out of my wife and her mom.

dang, a waterballoon can shatter/crack a windshield?

I know they are going at a fast speed, but still...don't water balloons absorb a lot of impact and ultimately just explode?

I have been hit by rocks going 70mph and it wouldn't scratch my windshield.

Ever do a belly flop off a 40 ft cliff? Why not? Because hitting water at that speed would be like hitting concrete on initial impact...same principle here, a glob of water hitting an object going 70 mph would act like a solid upon initial impact.

BTW....craziest thing I've ever done was jump off a 60 ft ledge into a lake. I went in straight up and down, toes pointed (pencil drop) and it still hurt my feet.

That's horrible

On another note:
I see crazy stuff on the I-90 all the time. Just few weeks ago before the I-90 merges into I-290 north of Buffalo, there was a boat lying in the road across 2 lanes.
