Why aren't my sent private messages being stored in my sent folder?

Go to USERCP
Edit Options
Messaging & Notification
Private Messaging
Make sure "Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default" is checked.

I think that this answer should be a sticky. The old AT forums did this by default. I came to the Tech Forum Issues section to post this very question, but found this thread. It just happened to be at the top, but will fall to the bottom unless stickied.
