Dude, have you watched the movie called "Big Daddy" with Adam Sandler . There's this part where he takes this kid he's adopting to met his longtime girlfriend. When he gets there he realizes she'd cheating on him with some old dude. And he starts going on about saggy balls...

Anyhow, that's what you just reminded me of, the movie and Adam Sandler making a disgusted face while he rants on about saggy balls.. haha
