Why aren't cops allowed to kill people who have wrecks rubbernecking?

Nothing more exciting to do on Saturday than read through Oblivion and Titan Quest posts and watching some show on Spike.

Kinda like Cops, Disorderly Conduct? Think that's the name.

And like usual there are vids of people hitting the back of patrol cars on the side of the road. Or hitting the officer with their side mirror.

Why can't cops just kill these people on the spot? I mean if you're that damn dangerous on the road that you can't watch what the hell you're doing, you don't deserve to be breathing my air anyway.

And I don't mean walk over and shoot them, but let the cop beat them to death with a wiffle ball bat or something.

And speaking of retard drivers, f'ing white women need their own lanes or little twat cars. Behind some bitch in a suburban earlier who damn near STOPS on a 65mph highway to take a turn that at most requires slowing down to 30mph. Broad takes at like 5. Biggest thing she should be allowed to drive is a Vespa.

I think I've even made this thread before anyway.

Now I'm not the biggest gung-ho cop supporter around, but infuriates me to see wrecks of folks rubbernecking, especially when they end up in the same wreck they were looking at.

I gotta quit drinking so much caffiene.

Kill them for rubber necking and causing an accident? That is too extreme. I say harsh punishment via bank account/wallet etc.
But if they do kill someone I say a long time in jail, but shouldn't warrant death.
