Did your leg recover fully?I run, dog bites a big chunk of my 10yr old back leg out.

Mostly. The dog ate the chunk of meat he took. I was such a skinny little kid they could not do a graft. They called in a surgeon from Orlando to work on me. None of the Dr.s here had a strategy because of how much flesh was missing and how mangled the wound was. I was running so when he chomped down, So it tore my leg out of his mouth making for a nasty mess. I could feel a chunk of back thigh meat which was torn and dangling, bouncing off of my calf as I ran. Only flight or fight chemicals kept me from collapsing before I made it in the house.Did your leg recover fully?
RIF = Reading is fundamental.Funny "Why are you alive" turned into a why aren't you dead thread. Or was the original title changed?
You remind me of Vin Diesel and how his windpipe was crushed, yet he overcame his circumstances and became the man he is today. In time I used that leg to kick bullies in the head. 💀
It really is true that "what doesn't kill you, only makes you stronger". Hasn't happened to me though. Everytime I almost died, I've come out of it feeling weaker, becoming less and less of what I formerly was. Maybe I need a comaAt 18, while at a college party, he came to the aid of a friend who was being beaten by several young thugs. The friend took off, and Sanders was kicked and punched and dumped into a garbage can. He was in a coma for three days and given Last Rites.
Oh, I did read the OP but forgot it today. Pardon me. Anyway, I think you can understand my saying what I did if my idea of the thread is from the title (which IS kind of misleading).RIF = Reading is fundamental.
First line of the OP -
"Which near death experiences or accidents that could have gone horribly wrong have you experienced?"
Now STFU and GTFO!Kidding Kidding. It does come off like you didn't read the post though Homie.
That did kill a friend of mine.I had to have my appendix taken out when I was in high school.
