Why are there only two pages of threads here?

At the bottom where you can see 'Display Options', on the 'From The' drop down menu, select 'Beginning'. You should be able to see the rest of the threads.

You can change the cut off by:

User CP > Edit Options > Default Thread Age Cut Off > Select your choice on the drop down menu
