Why are there only 5 Inspiron laptops on the Dell Outlet right now?

I need to get a laptop, and I'd like to get one from the Dell outlet, but there are only 5 Inspirons there right now! Does anyone know why?

Yeah, I hope so.
I kept looking there last week, and the inventory has been low for at least a week or so. But right now, it is REALLY small.
