Why are there no nforce 2 raid boards?

I want to make the jump to nforce 2 but none of them seem to have raid? will any boards be coming out with onboard raid?

Unfortunately then you have to spend $30'ish for a serial-to-parallel adapter for each of the drives that you use there. Probably better off getting a good PCI RAID card if you really want to go that route, but it depends on each person's situation. That's one of the good things about the NF2 - you likely don't have too many PCI slots filled anyway because of all the on-board goodies, so, getting a PCI card for something you really need shouldn't be a problem.

I asked this very question myself a month or so ago. I also couldn't find any NF2 boards with onboard parallel IDE RAID. The suggestion to buy a PCI RAID card is your best bet if you want to go with an NF2 board Cooljt1.
