geez, then anybody's a moron for owning any house in cali! don't u know the big earthquake is gonna wipe out everything here within the next 30,000 years?!

if u don't high housing prices, just don't live in california. for the price of an average house in the valley, u can buy 4 or 5 houses of the SAME SIZE or larger in TX.
