Why are the links to forums broken?

For example I can get https://forums.anandtech.com/categories/social.29/ to work just fine but the main forum link..

https://forums.anandtech.com/ is broken and does nothing.

I can't access the cpu/ motherboard forum.

Anyone else have this problem?

i was having this problem until i deleted all of the cookies and such. Now everything is working as it should.
