Why are the duron 650's CHEAPER than the 600's???

There's only a difference of $3 (pricewatch), but usually 2 subsequent cpu's have a difference of $15-20 and the higher mhz is ALWAYS the more expensive. Do the 650's not o/c as well as the 600 or something? Or is it just a good deal?
