Why are Sprint phones so big?

one of my roommate had an absolutely tiny samsung sprint phone. smallest phone i've ever seen.

personally i hate small phones. too damn hard to have a good sized screen and keyboard on them

6200 is the phone I use. Have had it for almost 2 years and it is still going strong.

That's my phone. It's smaller than just about every phone I've seen. And I'm a sprint user too... BTW: there is a color version of the same phone. Same dimensions.

also have this phone and it's pretty tiny.

recently switched over to tmobile though since the phone was dying and sprint wouldn't give me any incentives to stay.

The phone was actually released but only thru telesales...but you're right. Everyone who bought it says the phone is buggy as hell. Too bad...:(

my sanyo 4900 was a brick, and i was getting teased for it...haha. i was disgusted with sprint's reception, so i switched to at&t.
