Why are some people so damn nosey?

I swear that my roommate is the nosiest person I know. Every noise he hears outside the door he has his head sticking out looking. Someone's outside in the hallway talking...he walks out to investigate. If our door is closed, he looks through the peep hole (but most of the time he just opens the door and looks around). If our hallmate has someone over, he walks over there shirtless and stands in their doorway and just looks.

Sometimes I just want to tell him "You know what?? You are a nosey mot%$&%er!"

Man, do I know what you mean. I've got 4 roomates, and 3 of the 4 are the nosiest sons of bitches on the planet. I swear to god, one of them acts like an old woman...everytime he hears something outside, he has to &quot;covertly&quot; peek through the blinds to see what's going on. The other day there was a firetruck down the street, and he's just standing in the front yard with no shirt and no shoes on, smoking a cigarette, drinking a beer watching the firemen. I asked him if he was looking for a walk-on role on &quot;COPS.&quot; He didn't get it.

Him or one the other 2 will come into my room while I'm on my comp, and just stand behind me and watch what I'm doing. I could be writing an email, or chatting on ICQ...they still stand there and watch. How bout some fscking privacy assholes?!?!?! I don't pick up the phone and listen and breathe heavily when they're on it!
