Seems like a decent price.
$120 bucks is usually the going rate for the Razrs

20 bucks shipping with that so 140 total seems like the going rate to me.
 
Razrs arent that great anyway. No longer an "exclusive" phone and overall very average for a phone and lacks any really cool capabilities. I've had 1 for a while now(bought into the hype) but truthfully, i'd rather have a nice smartphone, the razr is very basic.
