I'm at work, stuck answering Help Desk calls for a few months until they hire back some new people and get them trained, to be honest I almost quit when the told me I'm going to be doing phones full time until they get some others in here, but honestly its the lazy mans dream since all I do is answer calls when the come it and nef or chat with friends all day long, plus I'm still getting paid the same so can't really complain.
 
Part of my job is to keep myself upto date on online trends regarding software/hardware/internet... when i'm not supporting my users/servers/etc...
