Whats not good Roasted?

A crappy cut of meat?

Might be good if you Roasted it right.

You'd be pretty rich if you could turn a crappy cut of meat into an excellent cut of meat by cooking it...

I don't want to turn it into a good cut of meat just make it taste good 🙂
